This two day short course funded by Health Education England has already been delivered in a number of venues across the North West. The course is suitable for teams who are working across health and social care. The course focuses on the assessment of patients and explores the opportunity for different ways of working that would enhance the patient experience, allow positive interprofessional working and supports participants to look at ways of extending assessment skills that will optimise timely, safe and effective assessment of patients across integrated care pathways. Over the two days participants will have the opportunity to network and develop an action plan to take forward that will contribute to their own and their teams development. The course is delivered by an interprofessional team from Sheffield Hallam University.
